Piazza San Babila is situated at the end of Corso Vittorio Emanuele and it is the symbol of politics in Milan, the heart for shopping and window-shopping. Most buildings around the square were erected in the thirties during the Fascist period.
140 countries will take part in the Universal Exposition about alimentation and nourishment, held under the theme “Feeding the planet, energy for life”: the countries have been asked to explain the meaning of their contents through a thematic concept.
