Via Montenapoleone

Via Montenapoleone

Via Montenapoleone is located in the middle of Milan and it is part of the famous high-fashion district known as the “Quadrilatero della moda” that also includes Via Manzoni, Via Della Spiga and Corso Venezia. Its name dates back to the Napoleonic era when it was the seat of the financial institution Monte Napoleone for the management of the public debt.

This trendy promenade in the old Milan with show rooms and boutiques that determine the new trends is a fashion experience you don’t want to miss! The street dates back to the 18th-19th century and its style is mostly Neoclassical. The shops of great Italian and international fashion designers such as Dolce & Gabbana, Gucci, Dior, Luis Vuitton, Tiffany, Cartier and many others are housed inside the wonderful old palaces. Having something to drink at the elegant Caffè Cova in Via Montenapoleone is really a must; it’s a required stop during Christmas festivities for the lovers of the Panettone.
